WHAT TO EXPECT
CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS INCLUDING BEGINNERS
MULTIPLE TRAINERS FOR PERSONAL ATTENTION
Sessions will be run by MBO’s calisthenics and fitness accredited trainers.
Over 2 hours, you will learn important training principles, progressions and train with like-minded individuals to achieve your calisthenics goals.
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced in calisthenics, this session is an opportunity to gain and share knowledge while training.
The MBO crew aim to see you progress and will give you the tools and the environment to do so while being a part of a supportive and strong community.
BASIC CLASS FORMAT:
12.15pm-12.45pm: Introduction, warm up, stretching and activation
12.45pm -1.45pm: Tailored training involving skills, progressions, reps and sets.
1.45pm-2.15pm: Open group session and knowledge exchange
WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU LEARN?
Skills will vary to suit your specific goals, but MBO will aim to help improve your:
Static strength, dynamic strength, endurance and conditioning.
Specific skills will include:
Pull up, push up, dip, muscle up, front lever, flag, planche, handstand and more.
These skills will be trained as part of a program designed to give you a strong foundation to promote constant progress.
